University Counsel, Corporate Governance and Real Estate
Yeana Joe joined the Office of the General Counsel in September 2019. Ms. Joe is a transactional attorney who provides legal support on corporate governance, trustee and officer conflicts of interest, and real estate contracts for the university.
Prior to joining USC, Ms. Joe was an associate with Cox, Castle & Nicholson LLP and Holland & Knight LLP where she advised clients on a wide variety of real estate transactions.
Ms. Joe graduated from the University of Southern California in 2007 with a Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts and earned her J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center in 2013.
