All summons, complaints, and subpoenas or other legal papers relating to the university or work done for the university should immediately be referred to the OGC. If you receive legal papers naming the university in any way, even if the university was not named as a defendant or respondent, please provide a copy of the complaint and summons to the OGC immediately.
